About Chet

Chet’s love for real estate started young, helping his dad, an investor and rehabber, renovate and flip homes. That hands-on experience gave him the know-how to jump headfirst into the mortgage world after graduating from Mizzou in 2006. Over the years—and more coffee than he is willing to admit—Chet has built a referral-based business known for creative solutions, top-notch service, and happy clients.

When he’s not assembling mortgage puzzles, Chet stays active with his two boys, Milo and Hayes. He coaches YMCA soccer, baseball, and basketball teams, sharing his love for sports while giving back to the community. A former member of the Sunday Morning Rugby Club, Chet now stays active with basketball, golf, hiking, and planning future travel adventures with the dream of seeing it all someday.
