Joe is a twenty-two year veteran of the home loan industry, serving communities across the region with professional home financing services since 2002. He provides expertise with all loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA GRH, Non-Conforming, and NIFA. Coming from a position of contribution, a complete service is presented, spanning the educational and consultation phase of preparing to purchase a home, through to a simple worry-free closing and beyond. Having surrounded himself with the premier operations staff in the Midwest, wielding the industries foremost systems and technology, and engagement in continual training and education, he provides his customers and clients with a lending experience second to none.

Since 2010, Joe has regularly trained with real estate agents, to include Floyd Wickman’s Course, 10 Keller Williams Family Reunions, 2 Mega Camps, and is a 6-time BOLD graduate, continually optimizing the working relationship he enjoys with some of the region’s top realtors.

Joe served our great country as a member of the United States Air Force Security Police (in balmy, scenic North Dakota!)

Underground house and techno music have been a passion for 25 years, affording performances in Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Miami, Orlando, New York, Cancun, and Cabo San Lucas.
