Katherine originally began her career in 1995 working for Bank of America. In 1997 she transitioned into mortgage banking which led her to Delmar Mortgage.
Katherine is passionate about creating a seamless loan process for all of her clients. She enjoys educating and working together to determine the best loan product for each unique situation, with the end goal of helping them come to an informed decision that they are happy with.
When Katherine is not working on loans she enjoys pickleball, working out, church, going to wineries, hanging out with her daughters and watching her sons Friday night football games!

Aside from working at Delmar, Jason makes Country Bob’s Sauce with his family out of their headquarters in Centralia, Illinois.
