About Patti

Although Patti joined Delmar Mortgage in 2020, she has more than thirty years of experience in mortgage lending. Her community ties and vast experience make her the perfect addition to the Delmar team.

“My goal has always been to educate and guide home buyers to find the best loan program that fits the needs of their families,” said Patti. “We have the knowledge, experience and support staff to make the home buying process seem effortless.”

Patti’s also an expert at VA mortgages and first-time home buyer loans, including zero-to-low down payment loans, such as FHA, Delmar 100, HomeReady and HomePossible loans.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Patti has made the Illinois area her home and originates loans for clients all across Illinois and Missouri. Patti is particularly focused on serving the communities she’s helped build in Madison and St. Clair Counties.
