Winner Announcement
As outlined in the rules, one potential winner was selected on November 8, 2025 through a random drawing from all eligible entries, including both Instagram entries and mailed Alternate Method of Entry submissions. The selected winner was notified through the contact information provided during entry and responded within the required 48-hour window. The winner has now been verified and officially awarded the prize.
About the Contest
This promotion was open only to legal U.S. residents of Illinois, Missouri, Alabama (19+), California, Arkansas, Texas, or Kentucky who were 18 or older (19+ in Alabama) at the time of entry and who met the eligibility requirements. No purchase or payment was required to enter or win, and a purchase did not increase the chances of winning.
Odds of winning depended on the total number of eligible entries received.

1. Sponsor / Administrator

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in Illinois, Missouri, Alabama (19+), California, Arkansas, Texas, or Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older (19+ in Alabama) at the time of entry, possess a public Instagram® account, and have Internet access. Employees of Sponsor and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Promotion is void outside the listed states and where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
Begins 10/22/2025 and ends 11/08/2025 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time] (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer/servers are the official time‑keeping device.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, complete all of the following from your personal, public Instagram account:

Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter without using Instagram, print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone, and e‑mail on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail in a stamped envelope to: Delmar Mortgage Contest Entry, 1405 N Green Mount Rd Ste 110, O’Fallon, IL 62269 post‑marked by 11/04/2025 and received by 11/07/2025. Limit one (1) entry per person/e‑mail/household, regardless of entry method. Automated, bulk, or third‑party entries are void.
5. Winner Selection & Judging Criteria
On 11/08/2025, Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received and verified. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Potential winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message (or AMOE‑provided e‑mail/phone) and must reply within 48 hours. Noncompliance or failure to timely respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
6. Prize / Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
Ten (10) individual prizes: Target® Gift Card, $50 each. Prize is non‑transferable; no substitution. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes.
7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, city/state, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval.
8. Limitation of Liability & Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize.
9. Disputes / Governing Law
Entries will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without respect to conflict‑of‑law doctrines. Entrant agrees that any dispute will be resolved individually (not class‑wide) exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and damages shall be limited to out‑of‑pocket costs.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.delmarmortgage.com.
11. Winners List / Official Rules
For the winner’s name (available after 11/08/2025) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to: Delmar Mortgage Contest – Winners/Rules, Delmar Mortgage Contest Entry, 1405 N Green Mount Rd Ste 110, O’Fallon, IL 62269. Illinois (815 ILCS 525/20) and Missouri (Mo. Rev. Stat. § 407.040) requests must be received within six (6) months of Promotion end.
12. Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, etc. impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you acknowledge that you are providing information to Sponsor, not to Instagram, and you agree to release Instagram from any and all liability related to this Promotion.
