Sweet Home Alabama rings true for Carla, a lifelong resident of Athens, AL. She began her career in real estate in 2005 as a licensed Realtor, eventually obtaining her GRI Designation as well as her Brokers license.

Carla has helped clients with both primary and investment purchases. This experience shaped her transition into the mortgage industry where she advises her customers throughout entire buying process.

As a Loan Officer at Delmar Mortgage, Carla was excited to join a team with a family-centric approach to business. She has been married for 22 years to her husband Eric and is a proud mother of two, Chandler and Merritt. Chandler is currently serving our country and Merritt is a cheerleader for a local school. Carla is a firm believer in the family dinner table and always strives to spend that most important time with her family – including their dog, Arizona!
